A few hours spent this morning tearing up a lawn in preparation for a family's edible garden. Part of a totally rockin' rad weekend-long permaculture-principled event called Gardens Of Gratitude.

ALSO, guess what i am growing in our little gardening space this year: peas, strawberries, onions, and corn! i feel not very hopeful about the corn, but the strawberries and peas are lookin' good!
